MG was retained to renovate the mid-century, 73,900 SF Houghton Hall building that is an important part of the I.M. Pei Fredonia College legacy at SUNY Fredonia. The renovation includes hazardous materials abatement, repairs to the exterior masonry, exterior envelope reconstruction, and the replacement of outdated mechanical, electric and plumbing systems. The project also includes the design of new instructional space, offices and support spaces.
