Davis Center Recognized with Municipal Art Society’s MASterworks Design Award
We are excited to share that the Davis Center has been recognized with the Municipal Art Society’s MASterworks Design Award for Best New Urban Landscape. As MAS president Keri Butler said in a statement describing this year’s project winners, “Good design is more than aesthetics, it is a practical tool that serves and inspires the people who call New York home.”
Built into the steep typography of Central Park’s northern end, the Davis Center was designed in collaboration with Susan T. Rodriguez | Architecture • Design and the Central Park Conservancy. The new recreation facility offers year-round programming, enriching community life and ensuring access for all New Yorkers.
